1. How can I track my order?
You will receive an update on Whatsapp containing the link to track your order for when the shipment has been manifested.
You can also look for 'Track your Order' under Customer Service and enter the AWB that you would have received on Whatsapp.
2. What is the estimated Delivery time?
In case of Surface delivery, it generally takes about 6-8 business days to deliver anywhere in India. The time is reduced to 3-4 working days in case of Express delivery.
Unless we specifically mention a farther delivery date below the product under " Additional Information", we will try to stick to the above mentioned timelines.
3. Are the colours of the products accurate to the website?
All our pictures are clicked in natural light. We do our best to present the truest colors of our products. However, there may be slight variation in colors due to difference in screen calibration. Some sarees that are uniquely handmade by skilled artisans may have minute differences due to the human element involved which makes every piece unique.
4. Do you deliver overseas?
As of now, no. However, cross-border delivery policy will soon be updated and published on the website.
5. Do you offer customizations/alterations?
No. At the moment, we do not offer customization or alterations.
6. Can I cancel my order? Is there a cancellation free?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our facility, free of charge. To cancel, please write to us at 'desk.malhaar@gmail.com' within 24 hours of placing the order. Any requests for cancellation after dispatch won't be accepted. To return an item hence received, please read our "Cancellation & Refund" policy carefully.
