1. Shipping Procedure:

  • We are in agreement with ‘Delhivery’, a renowned courier service to help us reach you safely.
  • Generally, it takes about 5-7 business days to deliver all domestic orders. However, that could still vary depending on the product and its destination.
  • We have a free shipping policy on all domestic orders above Rs. 1500/-
  • Orders with a value less than Rs. 1500/- have to bear a flat shipping rate of Rs. 100/- irrespective of the destination and weight of the package. 
  • We currently ship only in India. Although, we have access to almost all the zones, incase, you are located outside our shipping area, please drop us an e-mail at ‘desk.malhaar@gmail.com’ for potential alternative shipping arrangements.
  • Once you place your order, you will receive a tracking ID to check where we are with your order. You can enter the ID in our ‘Track your Order’ link, located on the website. 
  • You will receive Whatsapp updates of the following statuses: 1. Shipment Manifested   2.  Out for Delivery  3. Delivered

  • In the rare event that a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
