Please read the following document carefully to ensure a smooth Return process.
PLEASE NOTE:

1. We do not accept return requests for items that have been used or washed. 

2. We do no accept return requests for items that were sold on a sale. 

3. As of now, we do not accept exchange requests. If you wish to order something else, kindly return the product and place a new order for a different item.

4. We do not accept returns if the request was raised after 7 days of receiving the product.

Return policy : 

A return request has to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery (including the date of delivery). Please mail us at – ‘ desk.malhaar@gmail.com ‘ stating your reason for return. 

1. Kindly ensure that the tags are intact and not broken. 

2. The product has to be returned in its original first layer of packaging i.e the biodegradable bag that says ” I am not Plastic”. 

3. The item has to be accompanied with the invoice as proof of purchase. 

The item will be picked up within 3-4 days from the date of raising the request. Once your return is picked up and inspected,  we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

REFUND POLICY:

1. If you receive a defective product or a package that has been tampered with, kindly refuse the package at the doorstep. Mail us immediately at ‘ desk.malhaar@gmail.com ‘ mentioning your Order ID along with pictures of the defect. The package will be picked up and a replacement of the item or refund (only incase of stock unavailability) will be issued at no additional cost. 

2. Shipping (forward & reverse) and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable for an Order Value less than Rs. 1500. 

3. Refunds are Processed within 5 – 7 days  .

4. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

5. If you opt for a credit note as means of refund, you can not en-cash it later.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
